HelixNet: What is a SP-2 splitter cable?
The new HelixNet digital beltpack model # HXII-BP has one Ethernet RJ45 ethercon connector and one 3-pin XLR female connector, both support the digital power line feed from the HMS-4X master station.
If the user decides to daisy chain the HXII-BPs together in a string of BPs the user will need to deploy SP-2 splitter cables.
The SP-2 splitter cable can be used on any Clear-Com partyline system (digital or Encore analogue)
The SP-2 cable connects to the 3-pin XLR connector on the bottom of the HXII-BP allowing the user to string BPs in a daisy chain configuration.
