Helixnet: What format is the Helixnet config file save as?

The Helixnet base station saves the config file onto a USB memory stick.  The config file is saved into a folder named "BackupConfig".  In the folder is the config file saved in text format with the base station's ID information, it can be opened and viewed using Notepad or Wordpad.  Below is a sample default config file.
