Digital Partyline: How do I update a HelixNet system via USB?

Download the latest HelixNet files from the Clear-Com website under Support   http://www.clearcom.com/support/helixnet     Unzip the files and put the two files xxx.ccb & xxx.hnb (example npl-2.0.71.ccb &npl-2.0.71.hnb) into the root directory of your USB memory stick.
Put the stick into the slot on the lower left of theHelixNet Master Station (HMS-4X).In the Master Station’s menu, select Administration /software / update / and in the last window, scroll to the file   (for example...npl-2.0.71)  andpush in the knob to start the update.
The upgrade will happen automatically and it will upgradeall the attached BPs and Wall Stations (HKBs), but leave the USB stick in theMaster Station and physically update the remote stations (HRMs) via their menu,as you did on the Master Station. It will grab its code from the stick pluggedin to the associated Masterstation.
Once all the system elements have completed the upgrade unplug the stick.
If you plug in a BP after that which has an older (or newer)version of firmware on it, it will up/downgrade to the Master Station’s codeautomatically…without the stick in the slot…the code remains in the base’smemory for just this purpose.  After version 2.0.71, the remote stations will takefuture updates via the ETH-network or Powerline
