Helixnet: Having Helixnet transmit and receive audio problems when used on DHCP mode

When we put our Helixnet main station and speaker stations into DHCP mode we get loss of audio one way on some units
However if we take the same units and give them a fixed IP address of 192.168.42. xx and connect them to the same ethernet switches then we get no problems with audio in either direction.
Solution
All Helixnet devices should not be given an IP address  10.0.x.x (fixed IP or via DHCP) this can cause audio transmit and receive problems on the network as some of the 10.0.x.x addresses are reserved by some internal elements in the Helixnet digital domain.
