Helixnet : Static IP address being saved, switch from DHCP

When a user sets an IP address on the front panel of their HelixNet User Station that IP address is saved and retained even if the User Station gets a DHCP IP address lease.

After having once set a static IP address, the next time the user disables the DHCP the DHCP provided IP address will not be kept nor will the User Station go to a Link Local address, rather will the User Station go back to the previously saved static IP address.

The user configured static IP address will be deleted from the User Station upon the next reset to default.
