Helixnet: Is it possible to split the power lines via transformer isolation?

Question:  I'm a facility designer installing a Helixnet system into a theater.  We would like to split the power line feeds so that each power line is split at a patch panel to 8 separate outputs to beltpacks.  Based on your literature it seems that you can star out power line feeds to individual beltpacks, but I'm curious if we should try to isolate each of the outputs via a transformer to minimize any losses at the patch bay.  Is this possible and if so can you advise on how to do this correctly? 
Answer:  We do not recommend any type of transformer isolation when splitting the power line feed into a star configuration.  The power line feed has 60+Vdc impressed on the power line which makes any transformer isolation impossible.  To correctly build a star configuration simply wire the XLR connectors in parallel using insulated suitable gauge wire between connectors.
