  • FSII Base II - How to Find System ID

    There is one license available in the FSII BaseII, an upgrade from 5 beltpacks to 25. If you need to upgrade to the 25 beltpack license, follow these steps:

    1. Log in to the CCM

    2. Go to DEVICE tab

    3. Under the General tab on the left, scroll down to LICENSE

    4. First thing you should see is System ID

    1. Provide the FSII Base II system ID , then ordering part # FSII-BASE-II-25BP-LICENSE (which allows you to upgrade the FSII-Base II from a 5 user system to a 25 user system

    2. Once Clear-Com process your order you will receive a licence code that you can enter (see above) .To enable 25 user mode
