Wireless: FSII-BP Master Volume keeps resetting to -70dB on FSII-BASE
The master volume defaults for the beltpack can be verified using the FSII Config Editor software.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS ONLY APPLICABLE TO CLEAR-COM FSII-BASE (Pictured Above)
Steps:
Connect a LAN cable between the FSII-BASE and the PC running the software.
Set the IP address on the FSII-BASE via Menu > System > IP
Run the Config Editor on the PC and it will look like this:
Under LAN, select Retrieve.
A window pops up. Key in the Base Station IP and select OK.
4. Details of current map on the FSII-BASE will be retrieved.
a. Now select between BPK01 – BPK20 from the top left dropdown. In this example, I am on BPK01.
5. Select Set Properties and a new window will open showing the defaults for that BPK.
a. Look for Master Volume and set your desired default level.
b. Once done, select Remember My Default Settings.
c. Select CLOSE WINDOW.
6. Next Select Save & Apply.
7. Select Exit.
