I have been asked to provide the log file from my FSII base II unit
Using v1.5 or later firmware the FSII base II unit provides various diagnostic tools from the wireless overview screen to the event log and snapshot tools
The event log screen shows current status information on belt packs and antennas
However for a more detailed log file Clear-Com technical support might ask you to provide (email) the support info (snapshot) file
if your FSII base II system becomes unstable for whatever reason. Please take a copy of the support info file BEFORE you reset or reboot the basestation. Currently (April 2019) any log file stored on the basestation are lost after a reboot.
