Matrix: How do I wire the balanced 4wire input / put of a Clear-COM device to a customers un-balanced audio device

in most cases you can directly connect a balanced 4wire to a un-balanced device .General we would recommend using an adaptor like a Direct Injection module (DI module) However Clear-Com 4wire outputs are low impedance and the 4wire inputs are high impedance Please note: when connecting to a un-balanced device you will also need to adjust the input or output level gain of the 4wire port to compensate for the level drop normally a 6db adjust is required
