Matrix: How do I find the V-series MAC address so that I can get an IP passcode for the panel
To show the MAC address: Press and hold the V-Series MENU button for 12-15s. Press the IP menu selection. If the IP is not enabled it will ask for an unlock code and display the MAC address. Alternatively, since we record the MAC address against the serial number. You can send Clear-Com the serial number.
Another method is to power up the Vseries panel with no matrix connection. The panel will display "Waiting for Eclipse"If the panel has no IP enabled code, it will display its MAC address in the lower right hand display.
