Matrix: How to get IFB debug information?

I want to know if a can print out / display all sources, destinations and returns for a particular IFB.
Agreed I can use Production maestro to display the information in a friendly manner but I want to save the info in text form
you can use a custom code to display IFB properties
go to matrix event log > play > request info  and select custom code
 tpye in : Custom 165.2.<EHX IFB ID – 1>
Note wecount from zero so take one away from IFB number shown in EHX
