Matrix: How to connect a panel to an Eclipse matrix via a wireless interface

Eclipse IVC-32 card provides a means to connect up to 32 of V-series panel over LAN, WAN and the Internet . Using third party components its possible to connect a V-Series panel over a Wi-Fi link and have it run on batteries.
