Matrix: How do I find the V-series MAC address so that I can get an IP passcode (V-IP-OPTN)?

To show the MAC address: Press and hold the V-Series MENU button for 12-15s.  Press the IP menu selection.  If the IP is not enabled it will ask for an unlock code and display the MAC address.  Alternatively - unplug the panel to matrix comms cable so that the panel is off-line in the lower right hand corner display a) the panel will show the MAC address if its not IP enabled b) the panel will show the Panel IP address if its already enabled c) Send us the panel serial number and we will check our database.

Solution update: (Mar-2010)  Following the release of ECS V5.1.3 (Feb-2010) all V-series panels will come IP enabled from the factory as standard. Customers who upgrade their V-series panel app code 1.73 will also benefit.
