Matrix: How do I make an SA (stage announce) relay using the native Frame Relay?

How do I make an SA (stage announce) relay using the native Frame Relay? So that when I talk to the SA port the relay fires automatically.

To achieve this function
Make a new control in ECS that attach's a frame relay (there are 8 frame relays fitted as standard on all Eclipse matrices - Pico, Median or Omega)select the frame relay that you wish to use for this function
Once the SA control is created you can either a) Stack the SA control on any panel button that has the label to talk to the SA port.
b) Attach the SA control as a secondary action to the SA port, so that whenever any panel talks to SA port the frame relay will be fired automatically. The secondary action can be found in global advance settings (in the setup matrix hardware screen)highlight the port in the setup hardware screen Find the SECONDARY action drop down box and select the SA control that you created.
