Matrix: How do I make a latching control in logic maestro

Logic Maestro can be used to make controls that can be latched and unlatched on different panels.
Example - a number of panels in a studio gallery require a linked 'mic mute' switch so they can have private conversations. Normally, they would have to mute their mics individually.
Using Logic Maestro, a control can be used to drive a latch in software, which in turn can drive panel functions such as microphone mutes and key states. The operation can be set so that one press from any panel can mute the mics of all effected panels, and any panel can also un-mute all panels.
The image below shows the logic required to create this feature. Remember to turn any controls used to NON-latching first!
How this works; on one of the panel press the key labelled mute ( remember this is non-latching key)all the mics on the affected panels will mute and the red LED on the MUTE key display will come on.
Press the special mute key again - will un-mute all the panel mics and the RED led will go off.
