Matrix: How do I setup Panels in ECS 5.2 for Priority talks out to IFB destinations?

Note:  This solution assumes the user has setup their Eclipse system panels and interfaces to support talks out to Global IFBs (in studio via wired feeds directly or via IFB-104s and or remote IFBs via TEL-14s).
In order to enable a V-Series panel for priority talks out to IFBs where the priority panel overrides other panel talks when the priority panel activates their IFB talk keys, follow these steps in ECS 5.2 software to enable this feature:
1. Open the Local Advanced screen / ISO tab in ECS software. Select the source panel that will have priority talk status from the vertical column and the IFB destinations from the horizontal column and right click the intersections to place a red dot at each location.
2. Open the Matrix Frame Preferences screen / ISO and IFB tab. Set a check mark on “ISO interrupts all other incoming audio at the ISO”.
3. Initiate an apply changes to frame download, the priority panel should now have priority status when talking to the IFBs, all other panels will be muted to the IFBs when the director has a talk set to the IFB destinations.
