Matrix: How do I upgrade my MTX3 to PGM-WIN 2.4.1?
When upgrading a Matrix+3 system to v2.4.1,
The recommended order to upgrade the system in the following manner Expansion panels Main panels MVX-A8 or MVX-D8Cong-1 card
It is best to start with any expansion panels - I-series or Exp-1016s - that are part of the system. If the host panel is upgraded before the expansion panel, the expansion panel cannot be upgraded using the Firmware Update program.
Next, update each type of panel separately,
then the MVX-A8 or MVX-D8 cards and
lastly, the Config-1 card.
Following this procedure should prevent stations from being "skipped over" and not updating.
