Matrix: How does the Hi-Speed-Link (HSL) work on a Eclipse-Pico-HX running EHX
The high speedlink doesn't really make one single 72 port matrix but rather makes 2 intelligently linked Pico matrices- except it doesn't use up any of your intercom ports
You will still need to connect them inyour layout screen as if you had a trunk line between them. It is full nonblocking but your cable length between the two Picos is 1 meter maximum. Note for Picos running ECS 52.x firmware we still do not recommend customers use the HSL link but rather normal 4wire trunking using one of the matrix ports
