customer want to use Agent IC for replacing the traditional cell phone IFB link at news program.How to keep agent IC from being interrupted by phone call when using cellular data?
- Using the ”Do Not Disturb" function on IOS and Andriod just makes silence when a call or an alerts arrives. The date link has been interrupted and will interrupt your Agent IC
- The safest way is setting " All call forwarding". For example in IOS:settings-Phone-Call Forwarding: select all and Forward to another phone number
