How do I register my LQ interface to Gen-IC

Description/Additional Context

Follow these general steps

  • Make sure you have a Gen-IC Premium subscription / instance

  • Make sure the LQ can connect to the internet

  • You may need to re-generate the security token on the LQ unit

  • Ensure LQ is not using the device default password

Solution

Make sure you have a Gen-IC Premium subscription / instance

Make sure your LQ is ruing firmware version v5.045 or later

Make sure the LQ can connect to the internet

Select register to SkyPort

  • may need to re-generate the security token on the LQ unit

Link the LQ to the correct workspace or instance
