End user or Partner wants to upgrade their plan from Essential to Premium, or downgrade from Premium to Essential

If for any reason an end user or partner wants to upgrade or downgrade a subscription.

Solution

As of early 2024, this is not possible without first contacting Sales Support and asking that the subscription be cancelled and a new subscription started up. If the subscription is set to annually, It is up to Sales Support to determine how much of the subscription should be reimbursed.

The information in the old subscription will NOT be transferable to the new subscription or instance.
