How to change the credit card on file for a subscription

Description/Additional Context

In the event a different credit card is needed or the expiration date needs to be updated.

Solution

The payment process is handled by a third-party system called Stripe. The only way you can update or change a credit card is through SkyPort as the Account Owner or Account Administrator.

  1. Log in to SkyPort

  2. Go to My Account

  1. Scroll down to Subscriptions and click Billing Info. You will be redirected to Stripe

  2. Find the plan (instance / subscription) that you wish to change the credit card on and click the Edit button

Tip : Use the renew date info to confirm which instance / subscription you are changing credit card information for
