Save and restore an instance configuration such as users, roles, assignments, etc.

Description/Additional Context

It is worth mentioning that by stopping the instance the configuration file is saved and by restarting it, configuration file is restored automatically in the same instance.

In addition, after stopping an instance, it is also possible to change the deployment target and restore that instance in a different region.

However, the users need to have the right permission for stopping and starting the instance.

Solution

No, it is not possible to save and restore instance configurations offline.
