What level of access can an end user grant us without dealer intervention?

Description/Additional Context

If calling Clear-Com Technical Support for assistance, the Support Engineer might need access to the SkyPort and/or Gen-IC. What level of access can the end user grant to Support’s team?

Solution

A end user can only grant access to the Support’s team based of the permissions they have.

The only permissions that will allow a end-user to grant access to Support would be Workspace Owner or Workspace Admin

 

For example, if a end user is a Endpoint user or Gen-IC Adminthey won't be able to grant any accessed since they do not have any permissions on SkyPort and Gen-IC to do so.

Tip: Using RemotePC or TeamViewer the user can share their screen with Support
