Unsubscription, Resubscription of Gen-IC

Description/Additional Context

In the account page, authorized users (Account Owner / Admin) will also have a “Subscriptions” area. This area will list all of the active subscriptions with information on them.

Depending on the subscription state (time before they renew or expire), there is a button that allows the user to unsubscribe from the auto-renewal. Once unsubscribed, the text will change from “Will renew” to “Will expire”.

Solution

If a user wishes to resubscribe to the service, the process varies depending on whether their subscription is still active or has expired.

  1. Resubscribing Before Expiration:

From the account page, “Subscriptions” area, Click on the billing info and renew from there.

  1. Resubscribing After Expiration:
    After the expiration, there is no way to renew the expired subscription, so the user should follow the manual process to purchase a new “Subscription”
