Partner does not remember which instance goes with which DNS for the end user.

Description/Additional Context

As a Partner and SkyPort Account Owner/ admin, you can have several Gen-IC instances within your account for different customers or end users. What is the best way to find an account from a DNS name.

Solution

If a partner comes to you with a DNS name and you need to find it within SkyPort, simply ask them to open SkyPort and press CTRL+F within the web browser. In the search box paste the DNS name and it should highlight it for you.
