How do you find the DNS of a Gen-IC .

Description/Additional Context

The DNS (URL) and port must be entered into the endpoint client in order to connect with Gen-IC cloud. Once an instance is Started, the DNS will apear for you to copy and paste into your client (Agent-IC, Station-IC, etc.)

Solution

To find the DNS, log in to your SkyPort account.

There are two locations where the DNS and port are located:

  1. In SkyPort, as you look at your Workspaces, on the far right

  1. In Gen-IC, go to the Device page and copy the Hostname

The recommended location is option 1, using SkyPort since this includes the port as well.
