How to find and download the invoice history of your SkyPort

If you need to see and download historical invoices.

Solution

The payment process is handled by a third-party system called Stripe. The only way you can update or change a credit card is through SkyPort as the Account Owner or Account Administrator.

  1. Log in to SkyPort

  2. Go to My Account

  1. Scroll down to Subscriptions and click Billing Info. You will be redirected to Stripe

  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will find previous invoices

Scroll down to Subscriptions and click Billing Info

On the Billing page, scroll to invoices

Click on one of the payment lines

This will open a new page , where you can download the invoice
