Eclipse Matrix - obtaining stack traces

In rare circumstances, you may be asked to provide stack traces that were not available to the Help > Save Diagnostics process.

With the EclipseHX frame running on the same CPU that logs are required from:

 

  1. Open EHX > Diagnostics > Event Log and press the “Play” arrow on the right

  1. Click Request Info and scroll down to Display / Clear System FLASH log, about a third of the way down:

  1. Hit Send, and you will see a response on the screen:

  2. If any log section shows a shutdown or more information, take a note of the section number and use that number in the Event Log window, like this (for section 29):

  1. Repeat for any other sections as required.

  2. Press “Export” and save the log to disk and provide to your distributor or support contact.
