    • Arcadia : How to connect LQ to Arcadia with I.V.Direct?

    Here are the steps to configure the system connected from LQ to Arcadia with IV.Direct port.

     

    1. Arcadia :Establish an I.V.Direct port with Signaling Enable.

    2. Arcadia: Configure the I.V.Direct port for the Credential as VOIP Caller and add the LQ : ( Remote User ID, Remote Password, Remote IP Address and Arcadia Port (6002).

    3. LQ :Configure Assignment for the IVC Devices: User ID, Password, LQ Assignment , IP/Hostname (Arcadia IP Address), and IP Port :Arcadia (6002).

    Jul 11, 2024 for Arcadia R3 , TCP port 6002 is fixed when using IVC directs to LQ
