Arcadia/FSE-BASE shows Red Screen on Front Displays and Rebooting

In the unlikely event that your Arcadia or FSE-BASE screens turn red for a moment, it is because the system has encountered an error and is saving logs to the internal flash before the base initiates a reboot to correct the error.

During the process where the Arcadia is displaying a red screen as it saves log files to internal flash

DO NOT !!! POWER DOWN THE ARCADIA UNIT

 

At the same time, the CCM will display a pop up message and will be unaccessible. Once the unit comes back online, it is recommended you download the logs that were captured as soon as possible and before the next reset to default.

To download the logs, click the “Support Info” button and contact Clear-Com support by emailing us at support@clearcom.com. In your email, please describe the issue that you experienced in great detail and inform us that you have logs available. The technician will likely provide you a link to upload the logs to so Clear-Com Engineers can take a look.
