Arcadia: How to get a logs an Arcadia

    • Arcadia base unit provides various diagnostic tools from the wireless overview screen to the event log and snapshot tools

     

    The event log screen shows current status information on beltpacks and antennas

     

    However for a more detailed log file Clear-Com technical support might ask you to provide (email)  the support info (snapshot) file
