    One of the talk buttons on the Arcadia basestation touchscreen front panel, is randomly flashing like a ghost talk key press

    Answer:

    This could be due to the touchscreen sensitivity being set too high

    From the front panel only go to the following setting and adjust the sensitivity setting down by one

     

    this setting is only available from the front panel and not the CCM

    If this does not solve your issue, there could be a mechanical issue with the touchscreen of your unit and it will have to be sent to one of our service centres for repair
