Connecting Agent-IC to LQ via an External Public IP address
How do I connect my Agent IC to a LQ unit via an External Public IP address
Instructions
- The LQ External public IP address needs to be forwarded to the LQ’s LAN IP address by the router/ firewall.
- The LQ External public IP address is entered into Agent-IC settings.
- Ensure Port 6001 is open on the router/ firewall for both TCP and UDP.
- The External public IP address needs to be added to the External IP address field in the Network window on the Device tab of the LQ unit.
Note – the External Port field does not need to be set.
