Matrix: Eclipse FOR-22 to 2-way radio generic diagram

Question: What is the proper way to connect 2-way radios to an Eclipse Median frame using a FOR-22 interface card?  Will I need to create a custom cable from the FOR-22 out to the 2-way radios?
Answer:  The FOR-22 rear card DB-9 connector on the Eclipse frame will tie into the 2-way radio accessory connector. The best way to determine the audio input / output and PTT activation for a particular model radio is to contact the radio manufacturer service group for the accessory pin outs or to take a unused accessory speaker/mic cable and manually determine the pinouts on the accessory connector.

Note:  The Orange cables are standard CAT-5 cabling from the Eclipse MVX-A16 card to the rear interface card of the FOR-22, the other cables shown are custom cables from the FOR-22 rear panel DB-9 connector out to the 2-way radio accessory connector.
