Matrix: Can I set virtual client password with special characters

    • To meet my IT depts security needs we need to change all passwords to be more than 8 characters long and they must include special characters. How do i set this up for Agent IC and Station IC connections to Eclipse

     

    Using EHX V13.2 or later you can now set virtual client passwords options

    Goto EHX Configuration > Preferences > IP panels tab

    make sure to upgrade your IVC-32 card firmware to v7.38.5.0 or later
