Matrix: How to Get EHX Event log From Version EHX V13.x.x.x.x

    • Go to your PC, Windows Driver:C:\Users\ xxxx UserName\AppData\Roaming\Clearcom\Eclipse Configuration System\logs

    C:|\ Users > UserName > AppData > Roaming > Clearcom > Eclipse Configuration System > logs.

     

    The logs shown will be current and historical logs.

    In EHX, when you click on the save diagnostic zip button. All historical are gathered and merged into one file
