Matrix: EHX (all versions) fail to run after Windows 10 Anniversary Update 2016 and Win 7&8 update 2017
Following the recent rollout of the Microsoft Windows 10 (Win 10) anniversary update. There have been a number of field issues reported regarding EHX running on PCs that have been updated with the Windows 10 anniversary update.
On investigation, this Windows update also impacts the FreeSpeak 2 Diagnostics Tool, preventing it from starting up.
A Clear-Com Hot fix tool is available to help those customers that are experiencing problems.
Please attached for details on how to download and install the patched file

it is likely you need to apply the hotfix
