if you have installed a new E-Dante or E-Madi card which uses the LATTICE FPGA

 

E-Dante MKII (T40105-1A1)

E-MADI MKIII (T40105-2B1)

Lattice - FPGA

 

At present EHX will not upgrade a Lattice Dante/MADI FPGA card unless you are running EHX V13.1 or later. There is no support build for people who can’t upgrade to V13.1
