What is included in the EHX upgrade kit for Omega and Median

Answer :

Both kits contains new software, upgrade manuals, 2x new boot proms, 2x new rams, 1x MVX upgrade cable, 2x CPU batteries and new matrix door assembly

  • you need to order 1x upgrade kit per matrix  

 

  1. Depending on the old firmware version the customer is using and the new firmware version they are upgrading to. You may have to purchase and use specialized tools as part of the upgrade process

  2. Depending on the age of the matrix we may recommend that the customer also purchase new psu modules (2 per matrix)

  1. Your local Clear-Com dealer may help you with upgrade the matrix (you may need to pay for this service) OR

  2. Contact Clear-Com sales for a Clear-Com Applications Engineer to help you with the upgrade either Remotely or Onsite (this is a paid for service)

The number of days required for CC-Engineer to upgrade remotely or onsite depends on the size of the system
