What is the new CCF file format used for upgrading Clear-Com products

From about June 2020, Clear-Com has started to use a new file format (CCF) when upgrading certain products that used the old tar.gz file format.

The CCF file is a more encrypted version of the old tar.gz files.

Going forward as we transition, new releases will only include the CCF file.

This will affect

  • E-IPA cards

  • V-Iris panels

  • IP-Transceivers (1.9G and 5G)

  • LQ

  • FSII-Base-II
