Where are EHX tmp files stored on my PC

As a general rule it is always advisable to clear out *.tmp (temporary ) files from your PC at least once per month in order to free up space.

This general advice applies to EHX client PC and as well as EHX server PCs

 

 

 The EHX app will do a daily sweep and removes all logs older than x where x is defined by a registry key:

AdmMessagesKeepPeriod

Possible values:

Week

Day

Month

And copies them to the logging folder

 

EHX Client

Clean Logs:

C:\users\“username”\AppData\Roaming\Clearcom\EHX Configuration System\logs

 

Logging databases

C:\ProgramData\Clearcom\EHX Configuration System\database\12.3\Client

 

EHX Server

Clean Logs:

C:\Users\EHXServer\Clearcom\EHX Configuration System\Logs

 

Logging Databases

C:\ProgramData\Clearcom\EHX Configuration System\database\12.3\Server

 

DynamEC

Clean Logs:

C:\Users\”username”\AppData\Roaming\Clearcom\ECR

 

and your PC hard drive temp folder
