DynamEC error when attempting to connect to Eclipse matrix
DynamEC might throw an error when attempting to connect to Eclipse matrix when using non-English language in Windows.
“1 is not a supported code page. Parameter name: codepage”
To fix this you will need to add English (United States) to the list of Preferred Languages in Windows Language Settings.
In ‘Windows Settings’, select ‘Time & Language’ and then ‘Language’. Under ‘Preferred Languages’, click ‘Add a Language’ and add “English (United States)”
