How do I look up a serial number to see if this product is still under warranty?

Here's how to look that up in your browser when connected up to the internet.

  1. Open your browser

  2. Paste    https://www.hme.com/warranty/   into the address bar of your browser

  3. Type your serial number into the window in the middle of the page

  4. Select the type of product using the radio buttons provided.  If you don't see your product, select "other".
