Is there a way to identify the age of a Clear-Com product by its serial number? how do I read the serial number date code on my product
Most Clear-Com products come with a 2 year warranty except headsets, microphones, batteries*.

2021 serial number new format
In order to avoid duplicate Serial numbers the order of the SN scheme change from
old format “Work week-Year letter-serial number” (example 52Z00001)
new format “Serial number-Location-Year Letter-Work Week” (example 0001DA01).
