My shipment was delivered damaged by UPS, how can I get a replacement for that?

Please contact Sales Support Department at (510) 337-6600 or email us at SalesSupportUS@clearcom.com and provide us with your PO# or sales order# and also a photo of the damaged box and unit. We will investigate the matter and process a new replacement when appropriate.
