Can a dealer check their order status via on-line?
Yes definitely. Clear-com offers an Order Portal website that you will have your own log-on ID# and password. This is a great tool to use to check your order status, tracking number and invoicing. Please contact Clear-com either via email at SalesSupportUS@clearcom.com, SalesSupportEMEA@clearcom.com, SalesSupportAPAC@clearcom.com or simply call us at (510) 337-6600 to set you up in our Order Portal website.
