Agent-IC does not Work on LQ after Upgrade to iOS13

Problem

After upgrading to iOS13, Agent-IC no longer connects to LQ

Solution

Apple changed the formats of security certificates that were supported in iOS13. Our previous certificate was no longer supported and needed to be changed. To fix this problem, do the following:

 

  1. Upgrade the LQ firmware to v4.0.64.0 (or later)

  2. Upgrade Agent-IC to v2.4 (or later)

  3. After upgrading, go to network-> security in the CCM and press the orange “regenerate” button to regenerate the security certificate.

A this point Agent-IC should now connect.

If connecting your updated LQ to a Helixnet system. ensure the Helixnet is also upgrade to V4.1 (or later)
