Our Icon beltpack reset on its own while connected to an Arcadia system.
How can I pull the logs to send to support?
1- Reach out to Clear-Com support for the EHX 14.1 Software download link.
Then install the EHX 14.1 application on a computer with the beltpack drivers listed below.
2- Connect the ICON beltpack via USB-C to the computer running EHX.
3- In EHX go to Tools-> Get 8 key Device Logs Via USB
4- Select the destination folder and press “Get Logs”
5- Send the zip file to Clear-Com.
